I really hate when people say “Tennessee” is trying to do this. Just like when people say that ”Tennessee” tried to pass the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. These are the acts of select individuals and do not represent the state as a whole. People in Tennessee are just as disgusted with these bills as the remainder of the population. So, to be accurate, “Former state senator turned conservative Christian activist David Fowler is trying to get a bill passed in Tennessee that would make it legal to…”  By the way, he’s TRYING to get it passed. It won’t happen, because people in Tennessee aren’t as backwards as you think we are. /endrant.
